Prayer Warriors

If you are one who is praying with a slotted time, please keep those times until we release you. David is still weak from surgery and the family needs prayer for stamina and wisdom to make wise decisions. There are still a few time slots open, so if anyone would like to pray in those slots, please contact Susan Ince. The times are 9:30-10 pm and 12:30 - 1 am. Also, if anyone needs to change a time slot, please contact me (Susan) as well; susanince1@gmail.com

All who are praying, regardless if you have a time slot or not, be comforted by these words from our Lord Jesus Christ: "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it shall be done for you. By this is My Father glorified, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples." John 15: 7-8

--

“with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God….”

That God would be glorified in the faith of the Bakers, family and friends.
That God would bring miraculous healing to David’s body.
That God would guide the doctors, surgeons and nurses as they treat David and communicate with the family.
Adequate rest and increased strength for David's body as he recovers.
Peaceful sleep for the family.
That God would bind the Baker family as a united front as they fight for David.
That the Lord would be very real to Austin and Barbara through this. That He would give them words to speak and eyes to see God's goodness.
That the Holy Spirit would minster to the hearts and minds of all involved.
That Dr. Chen would think clearly and creatively as he formulates a plan.
That God would give wisdom for Matt and Kathe in making decisions about David’s next step and future treatment.
That we would all be submissive to the good and perfect will of God.
That God would protect from despair and discouragement.

I heard about David in Bible class today at First Colony Church of Christ. I suffered an previously ndiagnosed with a near fatal brain bleeed in 2003. I KNOW I am alive and fully functioning today due to prayer. David, his caregivers and family will be in my prayers, as they wee in our bible class today It's a long hard battle and with God's help, it can be won. Keep the faith, the prayers are being offered and they are HEARD!
