Austin and Barbara have been able to visit with David and he fist punched Austin and joked with Barbara about shaving her head :) (there is an epidemic of head shaving going on, by the way...I believe it's been coined "SHAVE FOR DAVE"...feel free to grab a razor and join the craze...I'll try to post some pictures and videos soon)...
His breathing and heart rate are both still under control and the fever is not alarming.
The thing I'm really excited to tell you right now is that David is now stable and coherent enough to read the blog and all of your comments!! And it's making him smile!!
So it's go time folks. If you've been shy, it's time to be brave. Leave David a comment and I would venture to say that if we can get enough of you to soldier through the log in process (I'll try to post a tutorial soon) we might get a celebrity blogger on here before you know it.
Ah, yes, David the celebrity. No, really, he is. The whole medical center knows about Big Dave. He's a pretty big deal. But you knew that.

It's the THE BIBLE RAP Project and was featured on KLTV in Tyler on Nov.16 on their Power of Prayer segment spotlighting the class' new itunes song to teach the books of the Bible called THE BIBLE RAP. Yes, I'm even in the video. It's kinda embarrassing; but, hey, you might get a good laugh! David, we loved hearing your music/rap in church today (I'm sure you know they played it!). I've been praying for you throughout each day, but especially in the REALLY early hours of the morning when baby Catherine (6 months) gets me up. It's usually 2 or 3 a.m. So if you're ever up, too, know that there are so many people up with you all night long. Hugs!

So, Lauren and I have decided to send an announcement out (on the morning announcements at school) to "SHAVE FOR DAVE!" A couple friends of mine have been asking me about my facebook status' and the updates that I keep on putting up about you. They're like, "Who's David?" -or- "What's going on with David?" -and my favorite one- "Who's this David kid? I've been praying for him, but I don't know what's going on!" Isn't that awesome! God is continuously pouring out his blessings upon you and your family.
The reason I haven't left a comment on the blogsite is b/c I've been leaving comments on facebook. But now I'm gonna start doing both! lol. You'll most likely start getting bothered of how much I comment! haha or...not. :D I'm not sure. so i definitely freaked out alil bit when I read the last post because I thought it said that Barbara shaved her head. I even called james to see if it was true! i couldnt picture her without that beautiful hair of hers. Im sorry i havent commented earlier but I have been reading and keeping up with everything.
