Sweet Sound
When Dr. Chen called Matt after the test, he excitedly told him that he could hear David's voice during the test and that he was positive David's speech will not be affected by the procedure!!!
Praise the Lord!! (this picture is of Matt, Barb & Austin when they heard the good report)
What a sweet sweet sound...God wants David to keep making music. And he wants US to hear it.
The procedure is under way in the final stretch...it could take 5 minutes and it could take hours...regardless, we anticipate great things...continue to pray sweet friends.

This song has been on repeat in my car everytime I leave or come to the hospital. It has become my little anthem of prayer and praise for David. I can't find a video of it, but it's on itunes and it's incredible. Go get it!
Blessed is the One - Daniel Doss Band
Blessed is the one who trusts You
Like a tree that cannot be moved
You say jump to arms wide open
I am scared but I am willing
For blessed is the one
Blessed is the one who trusts You
You, faithful, just and good
Shepherd of my heart
Lead me to where You are
And I remember all Your goodness
Suffering through the desert places
You never said it would be easy
You just promised You’d be with me
For blessed is the one
Blessed is the one who trusts You
You, faithful, just and good
Shepherd of my heart
Lead me to where You are
You, who holds my destiny
I’ll follow foolishly
Your love will be my song
So I will trust You
I will trust You in the pain
When I can’t see past today
When it’s hard to lift my
hands to praise You, I will trust You
You, faithful, just and good
Shepherd of my heart
Lead me to where You are
You, who holds my destiny
I’ll follow foolishly
Your love will be my song
So I will trust You

David-
I am so sorry that you have to have surgery on your birthday. You are a role model to all. We are thinking of you on your birthday.
Love, Sophia's friends Samantha & Frances
Praise God!!! David you have been in my thoughts and prayers.

This picture seriously made me cry. I know that David is in God's hands and I have asked everyone can think of to pray for him.
Love y'all
