MRI @ 8PM

David is having an MRI done at 8PM.

For the past couple days, David has been walking around in the halls, answering most diagnostic questions correctly, and progressing as expected per Dr. Chen, and lots of things are going very well.

But there are some things that are not going so well.

We need to pray specifically for David to regain his swallowing function, his short term memory, and clear speech patterns.

These functions are found in the frontal lobe of the brain, and are most likely being affected because of swelling.

Please pray for the quick and complete return of David's swallowing, memory, and speech.

Pray that any swelling will cease, and that the MRI will be what the doctors need to see in order to properly assess and move forward with David.

This is a hard time, possibly the hardest yet in this journey for the Bakers - please surround them with your love and prayers...they need you to help them stand and to help them withstand the storm.

We're so sorry that today was difficult. We are praying and we love you. Hang in there, if anyone can pull through, it's the Bakers!

We love you guys so much. We're still here watching, waiting, and praying...standing with you before our awesome God...the great physician! He's been so faithful all through this. Remember His signposts to you guys, remember His faithfulness. He's not leaving now, not ever.
Wish we could be there to hug you for real...but the cyber hug will have to do for now. Feel it...cause we mean it!The Caseys
