He said everything looked great and that he did his absolute best - not that that was a surprise!
They are now waiting for David to wake up (yes you read that right - see, this is totally not what we prepared for!) before they take the breathing tube out.
So we can pray now for David to wake up easily, and calmly and for the breathing tube to come out equally easy and calm.
We are anxious to hear that David is awake and breathing all on his own, but still so thankful and praise-full for what God has done today.

Praise the Lord! Laura Elder and I prayed together this morning for everyone. I was glued to my laptop last time and I'm glued again and praying up a storm! On Tuesday night, Beth Moore said that "Jesus knows its scary to be us." Thankfully, his mercy is new every morning!.

wow! so why doesn't he have to remain in an induced coma for 3 days? PRAISE GOD!!! How WONDERFUL and AWESOME is the God we serve!
